UNINTECH provided civil engineering and surveying services for the development of a new eight-story 168-unit hotel on 5 acre site in Northwest San Antonio. Civil engineering services included feasibility studies, site planning, and subdivision platting.Other responsibilities included the preparation of construction plans for demolition, site layout, paving, grading, drainage, fire protection, wet and dry utilities, and civil construction details. Surveying services included preparation of the boundary survey, topographic survey, and tree surveys from information obtained from field data and public records, as well as field notes and exhibits for the creation of the overhead and underground utility easements.
