Description

UNINTECH provided structural engineering to Luna Design Associates for the expansion of this private school project. Our design team provided foundation design, planning, and project management of an expanding educational facility. Facility was 90,000 sq. ft. with student capacity of 800. A cast-in-place pier and beam foundation design answered the need for a new 264 ft. x 130 ft. two-level school classroom construction. Construction of a 200 ft. x 100 ft. gymnasium facility was met with a spread-footing foundation and floating slab.

    Old Highway 20 Bridge 155

    UNINTECH was the prime consultant for this project, which purpose was to improve the existing Bridge 155. The existing one-lane bridge structure spans Gilleland Creek Tributary with an overall bridge length of 140 ft., was replaced to a new two-lane bridge.
