We are proud to announce and welcome Robert Hysmith, R.P.L.S., as the Survey Project Manager. Robert will be responsible for running the day-to-day surveying operations of the Austin, Texas branch office. He will assist with business development and manage projects throughout Texas.“We are pleased to have someone with [Robert] Bob’s experience join our company,” said President W. Elisa Chan.
Robert brings to UNINTECH over 40 years of experience in the surveying field, with over 20 years in management. Robert has worked on many types of projects in his years, including roadways, highways, toll roads, commercial, residential subdivisions, and pipeline projects.
“We have seen that the market is picking up, both in the public and private sectors, and have seen more activity in our survey division,” Chan said. “We are very happy to see Bob help us grow our division.”
He earned his Associates of Applied Science degree in Land Surveying from San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas. He is pre-certified with the Texas Department of Transportation in six surveying categories and is certified as a Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) course developer and presenter. Robert was a member of the U.S. Army for two years. While he was stationed in Baumholder, Germany, he was an Artillery Surveyor.
